5.5 MATCH REPORT BY REFEREE
The referee shall be responsible for making a detailed report in writing by 9:00 AM Monday to the AMSA Administrator concerning any violation subject to penalties under these rules. In case of a send-off for a straight red card offense or team misconduct report, the report shall identify the persons involved, describe the offensive conduct in clear concise language, and indicate if the conduct manifested an intent to injure.
